I follow a method using a multi armed approach, focusing on the four key areas - 1) Movement of the body, 2) The fuel we provide our bodies, 3) Looking into our we can calm our mind through mindfulness. 4) keeping our body in a flexible state. Physical activity affects chemicals within our bodies, which improve our emotional and mental wellbeing. As a result of feeling better we then have the motivation to eat healthier foods, which reinforces the positive cycle!
