Body Shape increase can be targeting muscle groups with a view to increasing size to allow a look that your striving for, this will also need to be balanced with a diet approach.

At the Training Station we have the pedigree of working with clients with all sorts of ailments, conditions and training objectives. Our personal training team are committed to being the best in their field, they encompass a wealth of experience with ongoing education and development but most importantly, they are client focused. Each personal trainer delivers a broad range of techniques and skills to achieve optimal, client goal driven, results.  have varied approaches to training but consistency in delivering results.

We believe in creating training as a habit, so its crucial to establish when you can "normally " train to help establish some level of routine. Our facility has personal training from 5.30 am through to 10pm. So we are clearly committed to making a habit form. Our consultation will give you a chance to feel comfortable with your personal trainer and to unravel your  history and training objectives  which will allow us to create a plan that can move you forward

In addition to you getting all the great physical benefits of exercise, we will ensure:
